Trying out ChiRunning


Went out around 5.30am this morning to do some easy run. Also to try out some of the ChiRunning techniques.

Overall I think I'm able to keep the cadence at around 85 to 90 per minute comfortably. The landing of foot seems to be alright at midfoot and behind the body's center of gravity even though I can't be sure without looking at myself from outside but the feeling is good.
