Not there yet

The knee is getting better after 2 weeks. My guess is it will take another week for it to be fully recovered.

Meantime I'm continuing my daily training with short runs. Slightly longer, upto 12k, during the weekend and keeping the pace slow and easy.

So far I have managed to build up a mileage of 55km last week.

Will continue with the same strategy next week and hopefully will recover in time for a 30km long run on saturday or sunday.
